| Tóm tắt: | An HPLC method was developed for assay of benzalkonium chloride in nasal sprays, as: Column - Phenomenex C18 (250 ´ 4.6 mm, 5 mm); Column to - 40oC; Detector - UV(210 nm); Mobile phase - a mixture of acetonitril and 10 mM solution of potassium dihydrogenphosphate pH 2.2 containing 0.3 % (v/v) of triethyalamine (60:40, v/v); Flow rate - 1.2 ml/min; Injection volume - 25 ml. The method was validated in terms of linearity, specificity, precision and accuracy. These all showed the proposed method was suitable and reliable for intended application. |
